Sail the Gulf of Morbihan aboard the Corbeau des Mers, a wooden sailboat built in 1931. Your skipper grew up on the gulf’s islands and shares its legends as you pass islets, oyster beds and fishing villages. Along the way, the boat drops anchor in a quiet spot for a Breton aperitif with oysters, cheeses and wine.
A superb collaboration during an event with Loire Secrets. The team is really friendly and available. A top organization. We recommend with your eyes closed!

What boat trips can I take in Brittany?
The catalog offers private cruises in the bay of Saint-Malo, on a classic sailboat for 3 hours or on a traditional fishing boat for 2 hours. In the south, you can also sail the Gulf of Morbihan on a private half-day cruise aboard a 1931 wooden sailboat. Your trip designer can help you choose based on your location and how much time you have.
Will I see dolphins on a boat cruise in Brittany?
It is possible but never guaranteed. Dolphins, whales and many seabirds live along the Breton coast, and you might see some from the boat. Seabirds are the most common sight. Your skipper will point out any wildlife you pass. Sightings depend on the season, the weather and luck, so it is best to see any dolphins as a bonus rather than the reason for booking a cruise.
Why see Brittany’s coast from the water?
From a boat, the cliffs look even taller, islands seem to float on the sea, and you reach coves and forts that are hard to see from land. It is also a relaxing break between days of sightseeing. Each private cruise focuses on a different stretch of coast.
Are private boat cruises in Brittany good for families or small groups?
Yes. The private cruises are for your group only, which makes them a good fit for families or friends. The fishing boat in Saint-Malo takes up to 7 people. For larger groups or young children, tell your trip designer so they can recommend the right boat.
