What is the process for booking my trip?
1- Contact us at contact[@]loiresecrets.com and let us know your wishes for your stay with as much information as possible to best personalize our proposal: dates of your stay, number of travelers, the name of your accommodation (if you already have one), your interests and any other important information for your stay (dietary requirements, people with disabilities, wheelchair users, etc.).
2- We send you a customized offer within a few days, with a presentation of the proposed trip and a quote. Our quotation can be modified according to your wishes.
3- If you wish to confirm, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip (by credit card or bank transfer).
4- 45 days before the start of the trip, we require payment of the balance (by credit card or bank transfer).
5- As soon as we receive it, we’ll send you your vouchers, along with your program and the contact details of our partners you’ll meet during your stay (guide(s), driver(s), driver-guide(s), winegrower(s), castle owner(s)…).

During your stay, you will always be accompanied by a driver, guide or driver-guide (unless you really don’t want to be).
Does the trip take place in a group, with other people we don’t know?
No, all our trips are private and tailor-made. You’ll live the experience amongst yourselves, and with the local people you’ll have the opportunity to meet: guides, winemakers, castle owners, chefs…

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card (excluding American Express) or bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your trip is required if you wish to make a definitive reservation. The balance will be requested 45 days before the start of your stay.
